Our Main Hall features our permanent and sturdy industry strength Bill-Jax stage, 16’ L x 8’ W x 2’ H, set up with a huge backdrop white board which acts like a giant screen, a built in Smart Board, Audio/Visual Equipment all in a rectangular space of 2800 Sq foot that can accommodate upto 250 guests in theater style seating or 125 people in classroom style seating. We also offer an executive meeting room with conference table and executive chairs to hold closed door meetings. The main hall comes with a fully set up A/V system, and a dedicated person who will help with the customer interface to the system. The Hall is very professionally decorated with neutral colors. The chairs (for seating) are brand new and are of extremely high quality.
Our Conference Center includes a kitchen prep area for warming food if needed. A refrigerator, microwave & a coffee maker is available in this area. Unlike a lot of hotels and other venues, our business model is not dependent on banquet food, beverage orders and related hidden service charges. We have a list of Preferred Vendors if you need such amenities and services.
We also found that our clients enjoy the flexibility of bringing their own outside caterers. This helps our clients stay within their budget and derive a higher value for their money.
