Our Main Hall features a 2800 sq ft ballroom styled space with a customizable dance floor, permanent and sturdy industry strength Bill-Jax stage, 16’ L x 8’ W x 2’ H, set up with a huge backdrop white board which acts like a giant screen. Our venue can accommodate upto 150 guests in banquet style seating. We also offer a conference room that can be used as a private green room. The main hall comes with a fully set up A/V system, and a dedicated person who will help with the customer interface to the system. The setup is perfect for any slideshows you want to play in the background or any videos you want to show of the birthday girl! The Hall is very professionally decorated with neutral colors. The chairs (for seating) are brand new and are of extremely high quality.
Our Conference Center includes a kitchen prep area for warming food if needed. A refrigerator, microwave & a coffee maker is available in this area. Unlike a lot of hotels and other venues, our business model is not dependent on banquet food, beverage orders and related hidden service charges. We have a list of Preferred Vendors if you need such amenities and services.
We also found that our clients enjoy the flexibility of bringing their own outside caterers. This helps our clients stay within their budget and derive a higher value for their money.
